This notice describes the website and the handoff to a coverage discussion. It distinguishes browsing the pages from choosing to share business information.
These pages do not include an insurance application, account registration or document-upload form. The hosting service may process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser details to deliver and secure the site.
The site requests typefaces from Google Fonts. That request exposes ordinary connection information to Google. Selecting the booking link takes you to Cal.com, where its privacy terms and the calendar’s requested fields apply.
A coverage conversation may involve your business contact details, operating description, insurance timing and existing coverage information. Share only what is relevant to the inquiry. Use a separately agreed process for any sensitive records or documents.
Procurement services are performed by Spot and its brokerage partners; Potrero Risk does not itself transact insurance. Information you provide for the engagement may be shared with those participants to assess the inquiry, prepare a submission and communicate about available options.
Business communications may need to be retained for the engagement and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ask the responder about access, corrections or deletion of information you have shared. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request.
Do not use an initial inquiry or booking note for personal identification records, financial account details, medical information, passwords or confidential product designs. The website does not provide a secure document-exchange facility.
